The meeting convened at 8:30am
For Discussion:
- The Commission discussed the need to engage a consultant for the library NOI due to its complex nature. The Commission referred to the rules for engaging a consultant that were created several years ago. The applicant would be responsible for paying for the consultant’s services. A motion was made to request the Select Board appoint Emily Stockman as a Special Municipal Employee as the consultant on the library NOI. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
